  12. I just got a supra express 28.8i plug and play modem, and i'm having 
  13. problems with it.   firstly, win95 didn't autodetect it, so i had to 
  14. manually configure/install it.  now, whenever i try to access the modem, 
  15. i get an error message saying that the port is open or that the modem is 
  16. in use by another program.  what is wrong, and how can i fix it?
